Welcome to Notable, a culinary experience created by chef Vital Awick and sommelier Adriaan Visser. Located in a former roof tile factory, our restaurant is where craftsmanship, passion, and creativity come together.
At our Chef's Table you are in the heart of the kitchen. We create a menu which unfolds right in front of you.

Menu
At Notable, we serve a carefully curated menu inspired by the seasons and the finest local ingredients. We work with passion and attention to detail to create a dining experience that evolves throughout the year, reflecting the best nature has to offer.
If you have specific dietary requirements or allergies, or do you prefer a vegetarian menu? Please inform us at least 48 hours before your visit. This allows us to make your experience perfect.

Summer lunch
Celebrate summer and enjoy a three-course lunch, served with two glasses of wine or non-alcoholic drinks. Including water and afterwards coffee or tea with petits fours. Available by reservation during every lunch service - arrival at 12.45 - €90 per person.
Summer dinner
A fully catered five-course dinner, served with paired wines or non-alcoholic beverages, including water and coffee or tea afterwards. Price: €130 per person – Available for reservation on Wednesdays and Thursdays.
Bring Your Own - Wine Wednesday!
Bring your own wine and enjoy a beautiful five-course menu, including water and a finish of coffee or tea with petits fours. Wednesday 12 August - 18.30 arrival - €100 per person.
Winemaker's Dinner Réva - 21 October
Together with Salvatore from the renowned winery Réva and importer Michele from Laurus Vini, we are delighted to host an exclusive evening. Réva is one of Piedmont's leading wineries, celebrated for its elegant wines and dedication to quality. Enjoy a refined four-course dinner, with each course perfectly paired with a carefully selected Réva wine. This fully hosted evening includes a welcome aperitif, water, and coffee or tea served with friandises to conclude the experience. 140 euro per person.

Our wine list is designed to guide you on a journey of discovery. While we focus primarily on Europe, we’re not afraid to include exceptional wines from the other side of the world. We collaborate with the best winemakers to share their finest creations with you.

Accessibility
The restaurant is near the center of Echt, in the renovated Pannnefabriek. There is more than enough parking space. You find our entrance just next to the Gastopub's, directly opposite of the Jumbo. Here you walk up the stairs and enter Notable on your left.
Do you prefer the train? The station of Echt is a 15 minute walk from the restaurant. In the nearby city of Roermond you can find a variety of hotels.
Notable is located on the first floor of the factory and, unfortunately, is not wheelchair accessible and only reachable by stairs. Due to our open kitchen, we kindly ask that you leave your dog or other pets at home.
